Who We Are
Established over 70 years ago in Brillion, Wisconsin, Vanderloop Equipment has always been on the forefront of cutting-edge equipment and innovative technology. Vanderloop was started in the early 1950s as a dealer for Sheppard tractors which was ahead of its time as one of the first tractor brands to build its own diesel engines. However, Sheppard stopped building tractors in the mid-1950s, causing the family to turn Massey Ferguson.
In 1995 Vanderloop created a great partnership with CLAAS to bring high-end self-propelled forage harvesters to Wisconsin. Shortly after (2000) Vanderloop added Fendt to their lineup of industry leading equipment. Vanderloop continues to bring the most technologically advanced equipment to the market.
Throughout time, Vanderloop has remained a family-owned business. At one point, there were seven family members involved in the dealership. However, with retirement and family deaths, management has reverted to the third generation of Robb Vanderloop and Carey Vanderloop. In addition, Robb’s son, Mark, has joined the operation as an investor, making Vanderloop a fourth-generation dealership. Over time, Vanderloop has expanded to two additional locations, Lena, WI in 2010 and Beaver Dam, WI in 2016.
The mission of Vanderloop Equipment is to supply unprecedented products and unmatched services to create a profitable partnership for generations to come.
